2. Our products
We sell digital products: printable PDF guides, picture cards and boards, and calendar files. They are delivered by download right after payment. Nothing is shipped.
3. Educational support, not medical advice
Our products are practical, educational tools for parents and caregivers. They are not therapy, diagnosis, treatment or medical advice, and they do not replace the care of a qualified professional. Results vary from family to family and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
4. Your license
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download it and print as many copies as you need for your own family and household. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the files, in whole or in part, or use them for commercial purposes. Classroom, school or professional use (for example by teachers or therapists with multiple families) requires a separate license: write to us.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency, including any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
6. Refunds
Every purchase is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Updates
When we improve a product you bought, you can download the updated version for free.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our products, including text, illustrations, designs and the C.A.L.M. Routine method, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws.
